Mimar Sinan Roof is on Fetva Yokuşu in Süleymaniye, on the hill above Eminönü and the Golden Horn. It is not in Sultanahmet, Sirkeci or Karaköy, but all three are within a walk, and Eminönü is only 12 minutes away on foot. This page gives walking times and route notes so you can plan breakfast or dinner without guessing.

From Eminönü
Eminönü is the quickest way in. Walk up from the tram stop and the Galata Bridge side towards the Süleymaniye Mosque; the restaurant is about 12 minutes from the stop. From Sirkeci
From Sirkeci station it is about 20 minutes on foot (1.3 km). The simplest option is to take the T1 tram one stop to Eminönü and walk from there, which is shorter on the way up.
From Sultanahmet
Sultanahmet is the furthest of the four: 26–27 minutes on foot (1.8–1.9 km) from the tram stop. Many visitors take the T1 tram to Eminönü and walk the last 12 minutes. From Karaköy
From the Karaköy ferry pier it is about 25 minutes (1.6 km) over the Galata Bridge, then uphill past Eminönü. If you are staying in Karaköy or Galata, this works as a morning walk across the bridge. We are not in Karaköy: the restaurant is in Süleymaniye, on the Old City side.
